1-    Quality Control Policy:

2-    Privacy Policy:

Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to inform customers about how Zinnks Sports collects, uses, and protects their personal information.

Procedure:
i- ZINNKS SPORTS  will only collect personal information that is necessary for the provision       of its products and services.
ii- Personal information will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties except      as required by law.
iii- Customers have the right to access and correct their personal information, and to request        that it be deleted.

3-    Return and Refund Policy:

Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to inform customers about ZINNKS SPORTS ' policy for returns and refunds.

Procedure:
i- Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
ii- Products must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
iii- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4-    Shipping Policy:

Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to inform customers about ZINNKS SPORTS' shipping procedures.

Procedure:
i- Orders will be shipped within 3-5 weeks of placement.
ii- Shipping times will vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
iii- Shipping fees will be calculated based on the weight and destination of the order.
iv- Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

5-    Payment Terms Policy: 

Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to establish the payment terms for customers purchasing products from ZINNKS SPORTS.

Procedure:
i- Customers will be required to pay 50% of the total purchase price as an advance payment at the time of placing the order. The remaining 50% will be due upon completion of the order and before shipping the products.

6-    Payment Methods Policy: 

ZINNKS SPORTS will accept payment via  wire transfer or bank transfer. Customers must indicate their preferred payment method at the time of placing the order.

7-    Refunds and Cancellations Policy:
 
In the event of a cancellation by the customer, ZINNKS SPORTS will refund any amount paid by the customer within 30 days, less any expenses incurred by ZINNKS SPORTS in connection with the order.

8-    Late Payments Policy: 

In the event that the customer fails to make payment as per the payment terms, ZINNKS SPORTS reserves the right to cancel the order and retain the advance payment made by the customer.

9-    Pricing Policy:
Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to inform customers about ZINNKS SPORTS' pricing procedures.

Procedure: 
i- Prices will be determined based on the cost of materials, labor, and overhead.
ii- Any discounts or promotions will be clearly advertised and applied consistently.
iii- Any additional fees or charges will be clearly communicated to customers before they make a purchase.

10-    Environmental Policy:

Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to inform customers about ZINNKS SPORTS' commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Procedure: 
i- ZINNKS SPORTS will use environmentally-friendly materials and manufacturing processes whenever possible.
ii- Waste will be minimized and recycled whenever possible.
